As Team Lead, I coordinated 14 multidisciplinary engineers across the end-to-end development of an autonomous VTOL UAS. I personally managed the master SOLIDWORKS assembly, performed FEA on the air frame. Directed technical design reviews and provided peer mentorship, resulting in optimized, high-performance components.

Designed and iterated mechanical subsystems (iris gripper, motor mounts, structural connectors, landing gear) and supported hands-on fabrication, 3D printing, assembly, and testing across the full VTOL build.
